The Ocean Pro Difference
We are partnered with Project AWARE, a global non-profit organization that is Protecting Our Ocean Planet - One Dive at a Time. They are focused on the critical issues of Sharks in Peril and Marine Debris, and we're supporting
them by donating $10 for every student we certify. With this donation, our students recieve Project AWARE certification cards.
Free Lifetime Refreshers
We know how important it is for you to keep your Rescue skills up to date. Once you have completed a Rescue course with us, you are welcome to join us for any future Rescue course at no charge. You only cost is whatever rental gear you may require.
Attending a Rescue Refresher can be a great opportunity to develop or strengthen your skills before you move on to the Divemaster program.
Basic Gear Package Included
Many shops believe that you must own your own gear before taking the Rescue Course. While we agree it is a good idea, we know gear is expensive! That is why we include a basic rental gear package with the course. The gear package includes a BCD, regulators, tanks, weights, drysuit, hood and boots.
We keep our student to instructional staff ratios low to ensure you can progress a pace that is comfortable for you. We keep our numbers to a max of four students to one instructor or less.
You must also be trained and current for first aid and CPR within the previous two years. Ask your instructor about Emergency First Response courses.
For all of our PADI courses, we require that you have recent cold water diving experience to enroll.
