The Ocean Pro Difference
100% AWARE
We are partnered with Project AWARE, a global non-profit organization that is Protecting Our Ocean Planet - One Dive at a Time. They are focused on the critical issues of Sharks in Peril and Marine Debris, and we're supporting
them by donating $10 for every student we certify.
Everything Included
Everyone hates hidden fees; including us. That's why our Open Water course includes everything you need. There are no hidden fees and no extra costs. All gear is included so you're good to go.
$50 Gift Certificate
Students who purchase any regularly priced mask, snorkel, and light between registering for the Open Water and the course completion date will receive a $50 gift certificate to be used towards their a purchase of fins! Offer is only valid when all items are purchased as a set and expires upon completion of the course.
Drysuit Specialty Included
Most Open Water Courses only contain 4 dives. But we offer 5 so you can complete your Drysuit Specialty certification. Some dive shops are still teaching in wetsuits, but it's just not fun being cold. All of our instructors and divemasters dive dry, so it only makes sense for us to teach you in a dry suit to. Dry suit specialties usually cost around $299 on top of your Open Water Diver course. However, because we know how important it is to your diving experience, we have included it in our price.
Free Equipment Rental
A gift from us to you - a free one day Equipment Rental to be used within 3 months of your course completion date. This rental includes all basic scuba gear (you provide your mask, snorkel and fins) for a day of diving. The value of this rental is over $100!
Low Ratios
We keep our student to instructional staff ratios low to ensure you can progress a pace that is comfortable for you. We keep our numbers to a max of four students to one instructor or less.
Junior Open Water Students
Children ages 10 - 14 are required to take private lessons, it's recommended that a parent or guardian sign up with them. Our Junior Open Water classes are small to ensure safety and success in the course. Classes sizes are maximum 4 students with no more then 2 students at the age of 10 - 14.
Course Fees
Your course fee includes your eLearning pass for your academic sessions, all scuba gear, up to five pool lessons for your group, a drysuit orientation (additional cost for specialty course) and an instructor who will work privately with you.
