Course Curriculum

Before the Program Begins

When you sign up for the course, we'll make arrangements for you to come into the store to pick up your student package which includes your learning material. We encourage you to pick up your student package at least 14 days before your course begins as you will want to complete the learning material prior to your first classroom session.

Class Session

We host the classroom session(s) at the store. You must have completed your knowledge reviews prior to your first classroom session.


What gear will you need?

We Provide:
  • Emergency First Response Manual
  • This is a non-diving course. Scuba gear is not required.
You Provide:
  • Comfortable clothes for a day of scenario practice

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Free Lifetime Refreshers

We know how important it is for you to keep your Emergency First Response skills up to date. Once you have completed an EFR course with us, you are welcome to join us for any future EFR course at no charge.

All participants are encouraged to recertify with PADI every two years (this is a requirement for PADI professionals). Attending our free refresher EFR course allows you to send your re-certification information in to PADI for only a nominal fee and keep your costs down.
